Fix a tech problem

When a computer, account, or everyday tool gets in the way of your work, you get a clear explanation of what is wrong and what it will take to fix, in plain language.

Common questions

The everyday problems that eat your time

Small businesses rarely have someone down the hall to call. This is that help, without the jargon.

Email, accounts, and sign-in trouble

Messages that don’t arrive, accounts you can’t get into, or more passwords than anyone can keep straight.

New computers, accounts, and shared files

A new laptop, a new team member, or a shared folder set up so it works properly from the first day.

Slow or confusing setups

Fewer workarounds, and a setup that makes sense to the people who use it every day.

From “it’s broken” to a clear plan

  1. Free 15-minute discovery call

Tell us what is going wrong. Together we work out whether it is a quick fix or something bigger.

  2. Short scope conversation

Anything urgent starts here, so you know what is involved and what it will take before any work begins.

  3. Separately scoped work

Fixes, setup, and device or network troubleshooting are scoped before they start. You decide with a clear picture.

  • [ Area ] Whatcom County small businesses
  • [ Format ] Remote-first
  • [ Hours ] Evening and weekend appointments, as availability allows

If the real problem is a process, like retyping the same details or chasing follow-ups, the one-workflow assessment may be a better place to start.

Good questions to ask first

Something is urgent. Can you help right away?

Start with the free call. Urgent problems go straight to a short scope conversation. Appointments are in the evenings and on weekends, as availability allows, so you get an honest answer about timing before anything starts.

What does technical support cost?

The discovery call is free. Support work is scoped before it starts, so you know what is involved before you agree to anything.

Do I need to share passwords on the first call?

No. The first call is a conversation. If a fix needs access to an account or device, that is discussed and agreed when the work is scoped.

Do you come on-site?

Work starts remotely. If a problem needs a different approach, that is part of the scope conversation.

What if it turns out to be a bigger problem?

You will hear that plainly, along with your options. Bigger changes are scoped separately, so you stay in control of what happens next.

Helpful to bring

  • What is going wrong, and when it started
  • Which computers, accounts, or tools are involved
  • Who is affected by it

No preparation is required. A rough description is plenty.
